From October 17 to 19, 2025, in the vibrant city of Valencia, the annual MBE CONNECT 2025 convention organised by Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) took place. Over the course of three days of conferences, networking and franchise centre engagement, we at DRG Solutions S.L. had the honour of receiving an award that recognises our commitment, perseverance and excellence.
An award that reinforces our track record and stability
During the convention, DRG Solutions was awarded the Gold Award for turnover exceeding €1 million, in the “Gold” category. This distinction sets us apart as a centre achieving that milestone in the corresponding business period. Furthermore, we have held this Gold category status since 2016, meaning nine consecutive years at this level of turnover — a clear testament to stability, reliability and consistent performance.
What it means for us
This accolade is more than a trophy or a label: it reflects a company culture focused on customer satisfaction, ongoing development and continuous improvement. Maintaining Gold status since 2016 shows our approach is strategic and long-term: investing in processes, technology, training, customer collaboration and service quality.
The challenge that drives us forward
While we are proud to celebrate this achievement, at DRG Solutions we see it as the launchpad for our next phase of growth. Our goal now has two dimensions:
